Job summary

• Manage and train a team of protocol and guest management staff.
• Coordinate logistics for high-profile events, delegations, and official visits.
• Ensure compliance with cultural, religious, and diplomatic protocol standards.
• Prepare briefing materials and itineraries for VIP guests and delegations.

• At least 2 years of experience in protocol, guest management, VIP services, hospitality, stakeholder management or event operations
• Experience supporting VIP, hospitality or guest operations for sporting events, tournaments, conferences, exhibitions or other large-scale events is preferred
