Job summary

The role requires coordinating with government entities and senior officials, developing SOPs, and ensuring flawless guest reception, accreditation, and seating.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationals or candidates with valid iqama.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all protocol activities for VIP and official guests.
• Support the planning and delivery of guest arrival, accreditation, access and seating arrangements.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for guest reception, hospitality, and departure.
• Liaise with government entities, embassies, and senior officials on protocol matters.
• Manage and train a team of protocol and guest management staff.
• Coordinate logistics for high-profile events, delegations, and official visits.
• Ensure compliance with cultural, religious, and diplomatic protocol standards.
• Prepare briefing materials and itineraries for VIP guests and delegations.
