Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Protocol & Guest Management Coordinator to plan and deliver protocol and guest operations for a large-scale international football tournament, coordinating VIP services across venues and official events.

You will manage guest lists, itineraries, seating, and accreditation, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and transportation for VIPs and dignitaries while collaborating with security and operations teams for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in protocol, guest management, VIP services or event operations.
• Experience supporting VIP, hospitality or guest operations for large-scale events is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate protocol and guest management operations across tournament venues and official events.
• Manage guest lists, itineraries, seating plans and accreditation requirements.
• Support the arrival, departure, transportation and venue access of VIPs and official guests.
• Coordinate VIP lounges, hospitality areas and protocol spaces.
• Liaise with security, transportation, accreditation and venue operations teams on guest requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Saudi nationals or candidates with valid iqama

Experience Requirement

• At least 2 years of experience in protocol, guest management, VIP services, hospitality, stakeholder management or event operations
• Experience supporting VIP, hospitality or guest operations for sporting events, tournaments, conferences, exhibitions or other large-scale events is preferred
