Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC seeks an experienced Protocol & Guest Management Manager to plan and deliver protocol and guest operations for a large-scale international football tournament. You will ensure a seamless experience for VIPs, dignitaries, officials and other high-profile guests on-site in Riyadh.

The role requires leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across venues and official events, with a focus on safety, hospitality, and impeccable guest servicing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead protocol and guest management operations across tournament venues and official events.
• Develop and implement guest management plans, procedures and operational schedules.
• Oversee services for VIPs, dignitaries, officials, sponsors and invited guests.
• Manage guest lists, seating plans, itineraries, accreditation and access requirements.
• Oversee VIP lounges, hospitality areas and protocol spaces.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, transportation and venue access.
• Lead coordination with security, transportation, accreditation, hospitality and venue operations teams.
• Manage protocol and guest management teams, suppliers and service providers.
• Resolve guest-related issues and manage operational requirements during match days and official events.
• Ensure guest services meet established protocol, operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead protocol and guest management operations across tournament venues and official events.
• Develop and implement guest management plans, procedures and operational schedules.
• Oversee services for VIPs, dignitaries, officials, sponsors and invited guests.
• Manage guest lists, seating plans, itineraries, accreditation and access requirements.

Required Qualifications

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 5 years' experience in protocol, guest management, VIP services, hospitality or event operations, preferably within major sporting or international large-scale events.
• Experience managing VIPs, dignitaries and high-profile guests.
• Proven experience leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
