Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Protocol & Guest Management Supervisor for a high-profile, international football tournament in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees planning and execution of guest experiences, protocols, hospitality services, and VIP arrangements to uphold the organization’s reputation for excellence in guest relations.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationals or candidates with valid iqama
• At least 2 years of experience in protocol, guest management, VIP services, hospitality, stakeholder management or event operations
• Experience supporting VIP, hospitality or guest operations for sporting events, tournaments, conferences, exhibitions or other large-scale events is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all protocol activities for VIP and official guests
• Support the planning and delivery of guest arrival, accreditation, access and seating arrangements
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for guest reception, hospitality, and departure
• Liaise with government entities, embassies, and senior officials on protocol matters
• Manage and train a team of protocol and guest management staff
• Coordinate logistics for high-profile events, delegations, and official visits
• Ensure compliance with cultural, religious, and diplomatic protocol standards
• Prepare briefing materials and itineraries for VIP guests and delegations
