Job summary

PMKConsult is a premier project, commercial and design management consultancy with a footprint across the region, and a Riyadh-based role in our Workplace Department seeking an experienced Project/Construction Manager.

Based in Riyadh full-time, you will lead multiple fit-out projects, coordinate with commercial and design teams, manage external consultants and contractors, drive site progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across pre- and post-contract phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 5+ yrs of experience required, ideally at least 1 yr experience in a PMC firm.
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fit-out projects in the region within the Workplace Department.
• Collaborate with commercial & design teams and coordinate external consultants, contractors and client teams.
• Oversee pre- and post-contract phases, lead meetings, and manage information flow and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

You will be an integral part of our Workplace Department, working under the mentorship of our Directors & Senior Project Managers, managing multiple fit-out projects in the region. Your role includes working alongside our commercial & design teams, managing external consultants, contractors and client teams. You will be responsible for managing the pre- and post-contract phases of projects, leading meetings, owning the action tracker, managing information flow between the teams, managing everyone's timelines and deliverables, driving site progress & quality, overseeing contract administration, and all formal project reporting.

Requirements

Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

5+ yrs of experience required, ideally at least 1 yr experience in a PMC firm.

Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time.
