Job summary

PMKConsult in Riyadh seeks an experienced Project/Construction Manager to lead multiple fit-out projects in the region. You will work with Directors & Senior Project Managers, coordinating commercial and design teams and external consultants.

The role covers pre- and post-contract phases, driving site progress, maintaining timelines and deliverables, overseeing contract administration, and producing formal project reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience required, ideally at least 1 year in a PMC firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre- and post-contract phases of projects.
• Lead meetings and own the action tracker.
• Control information flow between teams and stakeholders.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for all parties.
• Drive site progress and quality.
