Job summary

PMKConsult in Riyadh seeks an experienced Project/Construction Manager to lead multiple fit-out projects in the region. You will work with Directors & Senior Project Managers, coordinating commercial and design teams and external consultants.

The role covers pre- and post-contract phases, driving site progress, maintaining timelines and deliverables, overseeing contract administration, and producing formal project reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience required, ideally at least 1 year in a PMC firm.

Key Responsibilities

You will be an integral part of our Workplace Department, working under the mentorship of our Directors & Senior Project Managers, managing multiple fit-out projects in the region. Your role includes working alongside our commercial & design teams, managing external consultants, contractors and client teams. You will be responsible for managing the pre- and post-contract phases of projects, leading meetings, owning the action tracker, managing information flow between the teams, managing everyone's timelines and deliverables, driving site progress & quality, overseeing contract administration, and all formal project reporting.

Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

5+ yrs of experience required, ideally at least 1 yr experience in a PMC firm.

Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time.
