Job summary

PMKConsult in Riyadh is seeking a Project/Construction Manager to oversee fit-out projects. You will work under the mentorship of Directors and Senior Project Managers, coordinating with commercial and design teams, external consultants, contractors, and client teams.

You will manage pre- and post-contract phases, lead meetings, own the action tracker, and ensure timely information flow, schedules, and deliverables while driving site progress and quality and overseeing contract administration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience required in project/construction management.
• Ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a PMC firm.

Responsibilities

• Integral part of Workplace Department under Directors and Senior PMs.
• Collaborate with commercial and design teams, external consultants, contractors, and client teams.
• Manage pre- and post-contract phases of projects.
• Lead meetings and own the action tracker.
• Manage information flow between teams and ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Drive site progress and quality, oversee contract administration and project reporting.

• Your role includes working alongside our commercial amp design teams managing external consultants contractors and client teams
