Unifonic, Inc. in Riyadh invites a Product Manager, Data & Insights, to lead customer-facing dashboards and internal reporting.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle from research to governance, partnering with data engineers, analysts, UX, and business stakeholders to build a scalable data ecosystem. You will champion data governance, ensure privacy compliance (GDPR/PDPL), and define self-service analytics for internal teams, balancing performance, usability, and cost while driving executive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product, data, analytics, or reporting platform experience.
• Experience delivering customer-facing dashboards and internal analytics.
• Knowledge of GDPR and PDPL data privacy and governance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts and product teams.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling fundamentals (fact/dimension tables, star schemas).
• Experience with data warehouses and BI tools listed above.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap for customer-facing analytics and internal reporting.
• Gather requirements from Finance, Ops, CS, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop feature requirements, user stories, and data contracts.
• Partner with data engineers to design data models and data marts.
• Enforce data governance, definitions, and lineage.
• Define data quality verification processes with engineering and analytics.
• Own reporting platforms like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or Mode.
• Define self-service analytics for internal teams and feedback loops.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical teams; present updates to executives.
