Job summary

Unifonic is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant in Riyadh to drive digital transformation for customers through cloud communications. You will lead collaboration with sales, engineers, and support to build trusted relationships, influence strategic direction, and drive executive engagement with CXOs and IT decision-makers.

You will help customers evaluate cloud communication strategies, recommend solutions, remove deployment roadblocks, and ensure successful adoption while delivering

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in selling technology solutions, technical/solutions consulting, or customer-facing delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product during the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel platform.
• Join Sales meetings to understand customer pain points and shape solutions.
• Deliver product demos and pilots to showcase value to prospects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close deals and ensure successful deployment.
