Job summary

Apex Operations Company is seeking a procurement professional to support ARK47 Studio in Riyadh. You will request and compare quotes for cloud hosting, software services and equipment, and help ensure value for money across purchases.

The role requires 2+ years in procurement or purchasing (IT/tech preferred), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and solid Excel or Google Sheets skills with supplier negotiation experience. Arabic and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in procurement or purchasing, preferably IT/tech.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with supplier negotiation experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Request and compare quotes for cloud hosting, software services and equipment.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, and issue purchase orders within budget.
• Maintain the list of approved suppliers, with prices and delivery terms.
• Check suppliers’ documents (CR, VAT) before the first order.
• Report monthly on purchase orders, delivery times and savings.
