Job summary

Apex Operations Company is seeking a procurement professional to support ARK47 Studio in Riyadh. You will request and compare quotes for cloud hosting, software services and equipment, and help ensure value for money across purchases.

The role requires 2+ years in procurement or purchasing (IT/tech preferred), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and solid Excel or Google Sheets skills with supplier negotiation experience. Arabic and English communication is essential.

About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do

• Request and compare quotes for what the company buys, such as cloud hosting, software services and equipment.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, and issue purchase orders within the approved budget.
• Keep the list of approved suppliers up to date, with their prices and delivery terms.
• Check a new supplier’s documents, such as its commercial registration and VAT registration certificate, before the first order.
• Report every month on purchase orders, delivery times and savings.

What we need

• Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 2+ years in procurement or purchasing, ideally buying IT or technology services.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets, and experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR 8,000–12,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
• Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
