Job summary

Ceer in Riyadh seeks a Procurement Specialist responsible for supporting sourcing, procurement and contract management across engineering, IT services, software, hardware and indirect spend, ensuring timely, cost-effective and compliant acquisitions.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, prepare RFQs/RFPs, analyze proposals, manage supplier onboarding, and track performance to optimize commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing, procurement or contract management.
• Familiarity with MS Excel/ERP and vendor onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sourcing and procurement activities for engineering IT services and indirect spend.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, tender documents, and evaluation reports.
• Analyze supplier proposals and total cost of ownership for decisions.
• Execute end-to-end procurement including negotiations and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and master agreements.
• Track milestones, supplier performance, and spend analytics.
• Coordinate onboarding and relationship management of suppliers.
