Job description

We are looking for a motivated Procurement & ERP Analyst to join our team within the IT Business Solutions sector.

The Procurement & ERP Analyst for IT Business Solutions is responsible for supporting the procurement process for IT solutions and services with the client.

This role will collaborate with stakeholders in procurement to understand their IT solution needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user behaviour, needs, and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the user experience with the marketplace; collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the platform's usability, navigation, and overall user interface.
  • Conduct user testing and gather user feedback to drive iterative improvements to the marketplace.
  • Implement processes for onboarding new vendors and sellers onto the marketplace platform; manage vendor profiles, product listings, and catalogues on the marketplace, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with procurement team to ensure compliance with vendor qualification criteria, contracts, and policies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of the marketplace, such as transaction volume, conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue; identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on performance data.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate the marketplace's performance to stakeholders such as the IT Business Solutions Manager.
  • Collaborate with IT security team to implement and maintain appropriate security measures for the marketplace platform.
  • Ensure compliance with local Saudi data protection regulations, privacy policies, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate the allocation of IT resources, such as hardware, software, network capacity, and personnel, to meet demand requirements; develop resource allocation plans, considering factors such as project priorities, resource availability, and business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze the capacity of IT infrastructure and systems, such as servers, storage, networks, and cloud resources; anticipate future capacity needs based on demand forecasts and growth projections for the Procurement function.
  • Manage the inventory of IT solutions, licenses, and assets to ensure their availability and optimal utilization; collaborate with procurement and finance teams to track and manage IT solution inventory levels, costs, and lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain management, procurement or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or any procurement-related/other relevant certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement analysis or ERP system management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP functionality (preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in training and supporting teams on ERP systems is a plus.
