Job summary

Techno Orbits Company is seeking a Purchasing Specialist in Riyadh to execute and monitor purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of products, materials, and services.

Responsibilities include processing requests and POs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, tracking deliveries, maintaining ERP records, and generating purchasing reports. Requires a business-focused degree and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Purchasing experience; medical devices/healthcare experience is preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication, Excel, and ERP skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Source suppliers and obtain and compare quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Maintain supplier and purchasing records in the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare purchasing reports and track supplier order status.
