Job summary

Bechtel in Riyadh is seeking a Prime Contract Manager to support administration of the KSIA Terminals contract. You will establish contract baselines, manage processes, track pending items, changes, and variations, and prepare timely correspondence.

You will identify revenue growth opportunities, risks, and actions to protect Bechtel's interests and improve project performance. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5–12 years of relevant experience across terms, conditions, and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify the contract baseline—terms, conditions, drawings, schedule and documents.
• Develop and maintain prime contract management processes, tools and training.
• Manage records and systems required by customer and partners in Joint Association arrangements.
• Support risk analysis of terms and conditions and mitigate risks with the Prime Contract Manager.
• Assist in Change Management procedures, identify changes and quantify time/compensation due.
• Participate in project meetings across Construction, Engineering and Supply Chain to protect Bechtel's interests.
