Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee cost estimating, analysis, and control activities for one or more delivery teams on major office/project assignments.

You will supervise schedule development, monitor performance, identify risks, and provide innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning challenges, reporting to senior project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Controls Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, scheduling, and cost engineering guidance for staffing and project control.
• Prepare detailed staffing plans for planning and scheduling activities.
• Review proposals related to schedule/cost engineering and material control for contracts.
• Identify cost trends and schedule impacts requiring management attention.
• Coordinate with Bechtel management and client counterparts on planning tasks.
• Prepare and present cost engineering/estimating information to management.
• Coordinate studies and integrate activities across disciplines.
• Define scope and data requirements for cost estimates by discipline.
