Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of project controls experience with emphasis on cost and estimating.
• Experience with infrastructure programs and schedule development.

Responsibilities

• Directs all program level schedule development and maintenance activities.
• Oversees milestone schedules, engineering/procurement/construction monitoring and reporting.
• Provides guidance on schedule analysis, trends, and corrective actions.
• Maintains interfaces with Joint Venture and Consortium partners on scope change control and risk.
