An international power solutions company is looking for a Service Operations Manager in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role requires leading service teams, handling complex business problems, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Applicants should have extensive experience in PowerGen and Diesel Engine Service within relevant industries, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Formación

• 6-10 years of experience in PowerGen and Diesel Engine Service in Oil and Gas, Marine, Mining or similar industry.
• Experience in Team Management (Technicians, Supervisors).
• Understanding of Service KPIs, Customer Satisfaction, and Profitability.
• Knowledge of KSA/Gulf Market.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Knowledge of Cummins Products is preferred.
