ENGIE Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Manager for the Dhuruma power plant (PP11), based 125 km west of Riyadh. The role leads the Operations Department to deliver safe and efficient plant performance, managing a team of shift engineers and operators and ensuring alignment with the O&M contract and KPI targets.

Qualificações

• At least 10 years’ experience operating a large combined-cycle power plant.
• 3+ years in the capacity of Operations Manager.
• Experience with safety systems, CMMS, budgeting and department coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all operations activities through site-based shift engineers and operators.
• Develop short- and long-term operation strategy for the plant and build a capable team to support it.
• Ensure the plant meets safety, availability, reliability, efficiency, generation and budget targets.
• Coordinate operations with finance, administration, maintenance and HSE to achieve objectives.
