Job summary

AZM Talent is seeking a PMO Leader in Riyadh to establish and run the Project Management Office. You will drive governance, standard methodologies, and portfolio health across the organization, ensuring programs stay on schedule and within budget.

You will oversee resources, budgets, and risks, reporting to senior management and guiding project managers. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to continuous improvement across the PMO.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Saudi nationality is required.
Proven experience leading PMOs and implementing governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall PMO strategy, aligning with organizational goals.
Monitor and report project health across the portfolio, including timelines and budgets.
Oversee resource allocation and budget governance across projects.
Develop and enforce a risk management framework for all programs.
Provide performance metrics and regular reports to senior management.
Lead and mentor the PMO team and engage stakeholders for alignment.
