Job summary

AZM Talent in Riyadh seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure, aligning scope and deliverables with business needs.

You will plan, budget, manage risks and resources, and coordinate teams across software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and data. Regular status reports to stakeholders are expected; strong PM and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT project management or technology delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business Administration.
• End-to-end IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in line with business needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes; ensure timely mitigation.
• Monitor progress against plans and KPIs; ensure governance and security standards.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and executive updates.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and technology partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and reviews.
• Maintain project documentation including charters, RAID logs, and closure reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery methodologies and governance.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and vendor management support.
