Job summary

Our client, a well-established family group in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, seeks a Senior Project Manager - Transformation to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver departmental programs, establish PMO governance, and provide executive-level reporting and dashboards.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of PMO experience, PMP preferred, and a proven ability to translate strategy into roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• 8+ years of project management/PMO experience.
• Experience in large, complex organisations.
• Expert in PMO governance, planning, tracking, and executive reporting.
• Strong capability in project planning and scheduling, translating strategy into roadmaps, milestones, and actionable plans.
• Skilled in executive reporting and dashboarding.
• Highly proactive, demonstrating initiative and forward-thinking problem anticipation.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder interests.
• Confident and impactful presenter, capable of delivering clear, concise narratives to senior leadership.
• Excellent collaborator and communicator - able to influence, align, and engage stakeholders across all organisational levels.
• Based in/willing to relocate to the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia (Dammam/Khobar).

Responsibilities

• Enable business transformation agendas by partnering with senior leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving cross-functional alignment and execution excellence.
• Establish best-in-class PMO governance, ensuring disciplined delivery and consistent program oversight.
• Lead performance tracking and reporting across projects and initiatives, converting data into meaningful insights for executive decision-making.
• Drive structured governance through high-impact forums that foster accountability and accelerate outcomes.
• Anticipate and navigate risks and delivery challenges, maintaining momentum across complex initiatives.
• Provide clear, timely escalation and resolution pathways, safeguarding program delivery and business value.
• Champion continuous improvement, driving innovation and PMO maturity.
