Job summary

Client of imploy is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead its Project Management Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on governance, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimal portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO functions.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a PMO or managing enterprise project portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO to ensure delivery of strategic projects and programs.
• Develop governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee the project portfolio ensuring alignment with objectives and strategic priorities.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, resource allocation, and performance.
• Establish standards, templates, and reporting processes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Mentor PMs and PMO team members.
