Job summary

CoorB in Jeddah seeks an experienced PMO Manager to lead the PMO, align projects with strategy, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery. You will collaborate with the executive board and cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives.

You will implement agile adoption, mentor Agile Ambassadors, and oversee performance tracking with KPIs across 60+ projects, leveraging MS Power Platform, Jira, MS Project, and other tools to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP certification is highly preferred.
10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial PMO role.
Experience managing software development projects, including Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Strong understanding of project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the executive board to highlight key action items, project priorities, and progress updates.
Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational strategy through effective communication and reporting.
Participate as a key member of the strategy team, contributing to long-term organizational strategies.
Ensure that project management practices support business objectives and growth initiatives.
Developed and deployed an automated system using MS Power Platform to track the performance and quality of over 60 projects via KPIs.
Oversee the integration of Agile practices across all projects and mentor Agile Ambassadors.
