Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals seeks a field-based Sales Representative to promote its pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists and hospital teams in the Jeddah region. You will organize appointments, visits and events to inform and persuade customers to prescribe and dispense Hikma products while supporting territory coverage and reporting.

You will monitor competitors, gather market insights and ensure product availability with compliant, guideline-based activities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Pharmacy is required.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Hikma products and guidelines is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Hikma products to doctors, pharmacists and hospital teams to meet sales targets.
• Develop relationships, organize appointments and events with Hikma customers.
• Inform and persuade customers to prescribe/dispense/use products.
• Maintain efficient customer lists and cover territory effectively.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
• Prepare timely sales reports and ensure timely product availability.
