Hamad Bin Abdullah Al-Manea Company is seeking an HR professional to manage employee data, onboarding, and payroll-related tasks within our Saudi branches.

The role involves updating records in ERP Plus, coordinating between staff and management, handling leave, contracts, and terminations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Experience in HR operations and attention to accuracy are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Registering employees and adding their data to the company systems and government systems.
• Updating and saving employees’ data and their job files.
• Sourcing and searching for new employees according to the needs of the branches.
• Sourcing trainers and training staff.
• Conducting job interviews for applicants.
• Evaluating applicants and recommending the most suitable candidates for positions.
• Onboarding new employees and completing their joining procedures.
• Monitoring the probation period for employees.
• Preparing and following up on employees’ contracts.
• Monitoring employees’ attendance and departure.
• Monitoring lateness, absence, and job-related violations.
• Imposing deductions and violations on employees in accordance with the approved procedures.
• Conducting investigations with employees in case of violations or complaints.
• Handling and following up on problems and complaints related to employees.
• Communicating and coordinating between employees and management.
• Transferring employees and trainers between branches as needed.
• Monitoring branches’ needs for employees and trainers.
• Preparing and following up payroll statements.
• Reviewing payroll data, deductions, and additions before approving the payroll statement.
• Following up on commissions, allowances, or additional entitlements for employees.
• Preparing and following up resignation procedures.
• Completing employees’ service termination procedures.
• Preparing and reviewing end-of-service entitlements and the end of the contractual relationship.
• Monitoring leave balances and the entitlements related to them.
• Monitoring employees’ leave requests and leave procedures.
• Monitoring contract expiry and renewal.
• Filing and organizing documents and files related to employees.
• Using and following up the ERP Plus system, and entering and updating employee-related data.
• Preparing reports and HR-related data as needed.
