Job summary

Hamad Bin Abdullah Al-Manea Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to prepare and review monthly payrolls, ensure data accuracy, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

You will calculate entitlements, reconcile salary differences, coordinate with HR and Finance, and help develop procedures to reduce errors while complying with wages regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting is required.
• Practical experience in payroll preparation and wages.
• Experience with final settlements for employees.
• Experience calculating salaries, allowances, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
• Experience reviewing attendance, leaves and payroll linkage.
• Experience preparing reconciliations and salary differences.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll/HR systems.
• Good knowledge of wages-related regulations and bylaws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly payrolls for accuracy.
• Prepare and review final settlements for separations.
• Calculate end-of-service, leave and other entitlements per regulations.
• Review attendance and leave data and reflect in payrolls.
• Prepare reconciliations and address differences or errors.
• Follow up on advances and deductions due to employees.
• Prepare reports on payrolls, wages and settlements for management.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and employee data.
• Contribute to improving payroll and settlement procedures to reduce errors.
