Job summary

Jeeny is seeking a Payments Manager to own end-to-end online payments, drive cost efficiencies, and improve checkout performance in the Saudi market. You will manage PSP relationships, negotiate terms, and lead the payments roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering.

The role demands strong analytical skills, knowledge of local regulatory requirements, and the ability to optimize cost of acceptance while maintaining reliability and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• Own commercial relationships with PSPs, acquirers, and payment gateways.
• Proven ability to reduce the blended cost of acceptance and improve authorization/conversion rates.
• Direct experience negotiating with acquirers/PSPs in KSA; knowledge of local acquiring economics.
• Fluency in payments mechanics: MDR decomposition, 3DS/SCA, tokenization, settlement and chargeback flows.
• Experience with API-level payment integrations and collaboration with Product/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own online payments end to end: terms, cost, roadmap, and operational reliability.
• Lead the payments product roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering; set priorities and track post-launch performance.
• Own reconciliation integrity, chargeback handling, and settlement accuracy across entities.
• Maintain regulatory/compliance view across KSA and Jordan (SAMA, PCI-DSS, local rules).
• Report monthly on penetration, auth rates, cost per transaction, and savings delivered.
