Job summary

Tabby in KSA seeks an experienced Commercial Operations Specialist to own the technical and operational relationship with merchant and channel-partner ecosystem. You’ll collaborate across Risk, Integrations, BD and Account management to onboard merchants from day one and deliver a seamless payment experience across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Technical Account Management or Partner/Merchant Success in fintech/payments/commerce integrations and related roles.
• Strong foundation in payments, APIs, webhooks and checkout/plugin integrations.
• Fluent English and Arabic with excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational and technical liaison between Tabby and partner merchants across internal teams.
• Own merchant onboarding end-to-end including documentation, testing, tracking and activation.
• Manage merchant data-enablement workflows ensuring data aligns with risk and underwriting.
• Lead technical negotiations with merchants ensuring understanding of requirements and maintaining commercial objectives.
• Drive product rollouts with merchant-facing materials and GTM support for clean execution.
• Analyze merchant performance and integration health to identify gaps and improvements.
• Improve internal SOPs and documentation to scale onboarding and partner success.
• Support BD during technical discussions to ensure deliverables meet product and risk commitments.
