Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a payments operations specialist to ensure the availability, accuracy, and optimization of our payment orchestration platform across all sales channels. You will monitor and operate end-to-end payment processes, including authorizations, captures, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks, to ensure timely transaction handling.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in payments, financial services, or merchant/airline payment operations.
Understand full payment lifecycle: authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks.
Hands-on knowledge of payment ecosystems including orchestration platforms, gateways, acquirers, card schemes, and alt payment methods.
Experience with PCI DSS requirements, operational controls, and incident handling processes.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate end-to-end payment processes across all sales channels.
Work on payment performance monitoring, configuration support, and testing activities to improve acceptance rates and checkout success.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams; resolve incidents, track SLAs, support integrations, and maintain settlement and reconciliation data.
