Job summary

Riyadh Air invites a detail-driven payments operations professional to join our finance ecosystem in Riyadh. You will monitor end-to-end payment processes across all sales channels, ensuring accuracy and timely settlements while optimizing checkout performance.

Bring at least 3 years in payments or financial services, with hands-on experience in payment orchestration, gateways, and PCI DSS compliance. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and maintain data

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in payments or related fields.
Knowledge of full payment lifecycle: authorization, capture, settlement, refunds and chargebacks.
Hands-on experience with payment ecosystems including orchestration platforms, gateways, acquirers, card schemes, and alternative methods.
Experience with PCI DSS requirements and incident handling preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate end-to-end payment processes across sales channels.
Support optimization of the payment orchestration platform and checkout performance.
Assist in configuration, testing, and PCI DSS compliance as well as card scheme rules.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents, track SLAs, and maintain settlement data.
Maintain accurate settlement and reconciliation data.
