Qualifications

• 3–5 years pastry experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• 2–3 years as Chef de Partie Pastry or senior pastry cook.
• English fluency mandatory; French or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute classic and contemporary pastry techniques with precision and beauty.
• Mentor and develop the pastry team, lead the section in the Head Pastry Chef's absence.
• Plan daily production and manage shelf life, FIFO, labeling, and defrosting procedures.
• Ensure high standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal; keep workspace clean and safe.
• Monitor stock levels, control portions, and manage food costs.
