Job summary

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking enthusiastic Part-Time Call Center Agents to handle customer inquiries via telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp and email. The role offers a hybrid work model with 4 hours per day, 6 days per week, splitting between office and remote work.

The position targets Saudi nationals with fluency in Arabic and English and requires strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Only Saudi nationals are eligible.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Part-time, 4 hours/day, 6 days/week.

• Good computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels.
• Log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system.
• Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch.
• Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale.
• Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Saudi National only.

Working Hours:4 hours per day, 6 days per week (split shifts)
