Job summary

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused part-time call center agents to join our team in Riyadh. The role handles inquiries via telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp and email, with timely follow-up and exceptional service.

Working hours are 4 hours per day, 6 days a week in a hybrid model (office and remote). Saudi nationals only; fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals only.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels.
• Log all customer inquiries into the ICABS system.
• Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch.
• Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm status or next steps.
• Escalate delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
