Job summary

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to handle inquiries via telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely follow-up and an exceptional customer experience. The role is Saudi Nationals Only and combines office and remote work in a hybrid setup.

You will log inquiries in ICABS, assign prospects to Sales Consultants, and escalate delays while maintaining accurate records and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals Only.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels.
• Log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system.
• Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch.
• Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale.
• Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
