Job summary

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join the team. The role focuses on handling inquiries via telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email, delivering timely follow-up and an exceptional customer experience.

Work is hybrid (office and remote) with 4 hours per day, 6 days per week (split shifts). Saudi Nationals only are requested to apply, and candidates may be students, fresh graduates, or seeking flexible part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Saudi National only.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels.
• Log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system.
• Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch.
• Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale.
• Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
