Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of park grounds and facilities.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as trash collection and restroom maintenance.
• Assist with park set-up and tear-down for events and attractions.
• Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and other public areas.
• Provide assistance to guests by answering questions and providing directions.
• Assist in managing lost and found items.
• Promote park policies and regulations to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs.
