Six Flags Qiddiya City is looking for a Team Leader II to support guest operations. This role focuses on managing entry operations, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional guest service within the park.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, with 1–2 years of experience in guest services or related fields. Strong communication skills and fluency in Arabic are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Entry Operations, Access Control, Crowd Control, Guest Services, or similar roles.
• Fluent in Arabic; excellent English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and wellbeing of guests and staff within the park.
• Manage day-to-day operations of ticketing, guest services, and park access.
• Welcome guests to create a positive first impression.
• Operate and monitor turnstile access control.
• Assist with guest transportation logistics.
