Job summary

Six Flags Qiddiya City is seeking an Operator - Attraction Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and enjoyable ride experiences. You will manage daily attraction functionality, assist guests, and uphold safety standards within the Attractions Operations Department.

You will work with a motivated team to maintain smooth operations, greet guests, enforce safety, and respond quickly to emergencies, while adhering to park rules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-1 years in customer service or operations.
• Experience in amusement parks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate rides and attractions per SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform pre-opening and closing checks.
• Start, stop, and reset attractions as needed.
• Monitor ride performance and report issues.
• Greet guests and explain ride requirements and safety protocols.
• Ensure guests meet height, weight, and health requirements.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Assist with queue management and crowd control.
• Respond to ride emergencies following park protocols.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth ride transitions.
