Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
• Monitor plant parameters and analyze data to optimize operations.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Supervise routine operations, safety walks/talks, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage start-ups, shutdowns, and plant upsets or emergencies efficiently.
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance activities and turnaround schedules.
• Issue and manage work permits and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Provide on-the-job training for team members and enhance knowledge of personnel.
• Minimize flare losses and coordinate with external agencies for waste management.
