• Monitor unit performance and optimize processes to meet objectives.
• Troubleshoot process problems and implement corrective actions.
• Check parameters, analyze data, and implement changes.
• Plan preventive and turnaround maintenance and issue work permits.
• Prepare shift reports and manage start-up/shutdown and emergencies.
• Contribute to plant improvements and MOC activities.
