Job summary

Air Products seeks a HYCO Operator for Jubail, Saudi Arabia, to perform field and DCS operations in a world-scale HYCO facility. You will lead safety procedures, write SWIMs/JSAs, and support commissioning and outages under supervision.

You must have an associate technical degree and at least 6 years of plant operations experience, with strong English communication and teamwork. The role involves shift work and collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Associate technical degree (2-year) or equivalent, or substantial related experience.
• 6+ years of plant operations experience, HYCO knowledge a plus.
• Ability to communicate with customers at board level daily.
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate HYCO Steam Methane Reformer and CO2 recovery units and ancillary water treatment equipment.
• Operate pipeline network to supply hydrogen, steam, and CO2 safely and efficiently.
• Provide operations support during commissioning and ensure reliable plant performance.
• Lead safety practices, permits, LOTO, and participate in investigations and root-cause analyses.
