Job summary

Team GDC ME is looking for a Senior Program Controls Analyst to join the S3 Arabia Program Management Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical role involves managing budgets, billing accuracy, and financial forecasting across various aviation and defense programs.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of government contracting principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program controls, finance, pricing, contracts, or government contracting support.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR / DFARS and government contract cost principles.
• Experience supporting cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, or labor-based service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, billing accuracy, labor cost performance, forecasting, contract compliance, and executive reporting.
• Partner with leadership and teams to support expanding programs in Saudi Arabia.
