Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Project Control/Cost Manager based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will support the Program Director in proactive client engagement while managing everything from project controls to cost planning.

This position requires strong experience in project control within the offshore industry, with expertise in engineering and excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Control is essential.
• Experience in the offshore industry or similar industry on mega projects.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering required.
• Cost-conscious with understanding of planning fundamentals.
• Strong people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with client counterparts to assess relationship concerns.
• Mitigate issues and concerns with clients.
• Manage all WERs and PAFs for contract administration.
• Provide procurement and subcontract support services.
• Prepare and submit project controls documentation.
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing.
