Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly qualified Project Control Manager to lead the project controls framework for a major infrastructure program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing project performance analytics, governance, and ensuring effective cost control, progress measurement, and KPI management.

The ideal candidate will have at least fifteen years of experience in project controls and possess a relevant Bachelor's degree. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional experience in project controls or major capital projects.
• Chartered Professional membership or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Experience in PMCM, PMC, EPCM, or consultancy environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Controls Management Framework.
• Ensure consistent implementation of project controls practices.
• Monitor program-wide cost performance and progress.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct forecasting and performance assessments.
• Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports.
