Job summary

GDC ME in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced aviation safety professional to build and maintain a comprehensive safety program. You will work with aviation operators to ensure inspections, audits, and process control analyses are conducted in line with the Business System Manual (BSM).

The role requires 5–10 years in aviation safety management, strong English communication, and the ability to mentor a team while complying with Saudi labor law and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of related aviation safety management experience; military aviation preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with good English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, establish, and maintain a safety program with policies, processes, and procedures.
• Work with aviation operating entities to ensure inspections, process control analyses, and internal audits are conducted as per the Business System Manual (BSM).
• Provide expertise on interpreting policies, regulations, and procedures; mentor safety staff.
