Job summary

Qualifications

• Saudi national candidate preferred based on job locality.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in project controls, scheduling, planning, or cost estimation.
• Previous exposure to construction, infrastructure, or engineering project environments.
• Practical working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysing and presenting project information.
• Understanding of baseline schedules, activity updates, milestones, and progress measurement.
• Familiarity with project budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective organizational skills with multiple reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules and baseline monitoring across project lifecycles.
• Track expenditures, forecasts, and variance against plans.
• Reconcile actual progress with reported data for forecasting accuracy.
• Prepare and present progress and cost reports to management.
• Support change control and risk tracking processes.
