Description: We are seeking a highly capable Senior Program Controls Analyst to support expanding aviation, defense, and international services programs throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This position serves as a key member of the S3 Arabia Program Management Office (PMO), partnering with executive leadership, program managers, finance, contracts, and operations teams to manage budgets, billing accuracy, labor cost performance, forecasting, contract compliance, and executive reporting across multiple programs. This is a high-visibility overseas role supporting mission-critical operations and continued program growth across the Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, billing accuracy, labor cost performance, forecasting, contract compliance, and executive reporting across multiple programs as a key member of the PMO.
• Partner with executive leadership, program managers, finance, contracts, and operations teams to support expanding aviation, defense, and international services programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (may be waived with significant relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program controls, finance, pricing, contracts, or government contracting support.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR / DFARS and government contract cost principles.
• Experience supporting cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, or labor-based service contracts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including forecasting and financial modeling.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to brief senior leadership and work cross-functionally.
• U.S. Passport required.
